The future truly looks brighter than ever for the players and fans here at Golden State. We are eagerly looking forward to the solid core that will be returning to anchor the 2008-2009 Bears' team, as well as several incoming freshmen who have expressed their interest and commitment to continue to build the basketball tradition here at Golden State. Next year's schedule is already set with thirty-five regular season games, including sixteen home games, and road trips to Montana, Oregon, Washington, Southern California, Arizona, and Oklahoma. We are looking forward to making the ACCA our national affiliation, which will allow us to compete in their national tournament next season.

We thank God for what He has accomplished through the men in this program this season. This year's team saw many souls saved, grew together as a family, forged lifelong friendships, learned vital life lessons that will prepare them for God's calling in their lives, and made memories that will last a lifetime. We look forward to seeing all that God is going to do in and through the lives of the young men who are part of what is happening here in the coming season.
